Ogi (white corn) Pap/ akamu/500g

Akamu (Igbo), Ogi (Yoruba), or Pap is a Nigerian cornmeal made from dry white corn. It has a distinctive sour taste from the fermentation process that is unique to it. It is kind of similar to the Southern loved 'Grits' except that grits is grainy and not sour. It can be enjoyed alone or eaten with other foods like bean cake (Akara), bean pudding (moin-moin).
